Live Chat explained

    What is Live Chat?

Most good bingo sites now feature a Live Chat function, this is considered far more personal and one on one than a telephone call, oh and it’s free too and a hell of a lot easier than email.

    Live chat explained

With Live Chat, all you need to do is sign in and you can speak face to face with one of the customer service support team, via either a webcam and microphone if you wish or by text chat (much like you would in Facebook Chat or Windows Live Messenger).

By using Live Chat, your bingo site is quickly available to help you with whatever you need, be it banking, security or game information, or anything else you might have a query with. Live Chat options can be found (if your bingo site has them), under the support or contact button, or in a box on the main page. It should be pretty clear, if you're not sure then you can nip into the chat room and ask the chat moderator or even other roomies if they know where it is.

Can I find help another way?

Most online bingo sites now have F.A.Q.s (Frequently Asked Question guides) readily available on their websites, to assist their bingo players with any information that they might want to know. Many of them will also have contact options such as e-forms and email addresses, perhaps telephone numbers for you to call if you need assistance with anything. However there is a much simpler of course which is called Live Chat!

If you want the simplest way of getting to the bottom of your niggle then Live Chat at your bingo site will be the best way!
